	January 2005 - I met Bob Saltzer through a mutual friend. Bob is a board member for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Richmond, which include over 30 sites in the city. He gave me the name and number of Floyd Johnson, who is the president / CEO of the organization, who in turn put me in touch with Jerome Levisy, the program director for all of the sites. 	Where is SCPA Located? At present, the office is in Williamsburg, Virginia, where two of our board members reside and where the Williamsburg Soccer Club, one of our founding clubs, is located. [+]
